I spent the last year learning about issues related to our feelings of self-worth, our self-esteem. After reading and thinking about it, I finally figured out what for me seemed to be a key: "I can make myself feel better".

When I exercise integrity, when I take the time to listen to people and be present in the moment, when I show compassion for me or for others, when I let go, accept, when I forgive, or simply say positive and good things to myself, I feel respected and loved. I feel whole.  

Be kind to your selves.
